Additional comments: Public mineral displays are without a doubt helpful when trying to figure out what an area has to offer for rocks and minerals to find since the vast majority of the time the items on display are properly identified and the general location is given.
This is a great little display but you do need to pay to get in to the museum. At the time we visited the price was $5 but the rest of the museum’s collection is extensive and worth looking at.
