Dry Creek Canyon

Location Name: Dry Creek Canyon
Materials: Calcite, chalcedony, and zeolites. We found mordenite, stilbite, and Thomsonite-Ca here but there are reports of other zeolite minerals being found here.

Tools: We mostly did surface collecting but a hammer and gad bar are handy here.
Vehicle: Any car can make it to 38.36404, -112.11200, but if you want to continue to the location printed above you will need something with additional ground clearance such as a Subaru.

When viewed under midwave 310nm light, you see some unidentified mineral glowing a bright red.
