All orders ship within three business days, and shipping is free on all items via USPS Ground Advantage. If you need special shipping considerations due to time constraints, please email me before ordering.

Every item on the website has an accurate in-stock inventory count that reflects the number of items that are finished and ready to ship out in 1-3 business days.

Product Warranties, Returns, and Shipping

Product Warranty

All products are double-checked for flaws that would impact their usage before shipping and are warrantied to be free of material or workmanship defects for one year after the purchase date. This does not apply to the hardware, such as nuts and bolts, if they are cross-threaded. This does not apply if any damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, or normal wear and tear.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. If the item is damaged in shipping, please email us at the email below so we can correct the situation.

Returns

If you’d like to return your order for any other reason, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You will be responsible for paying for return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

If you want to start a return, you can do so by emailing us at currentlyrockhounding@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Upon receiving your returned item and inspecting it, a refund will be issued.

Delivery Issues

To avoid delivery issues, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship exclusively with United States Postal Service. That means your shipping address must be able to receive USPS deliveries.
We do not ship internationally or domestically with UPS or FedEx.

Once your order has shipped, delivery responsibility shifts to the carrier and customer. We’ll notify you if the carrier reports a problem, but many local carriers require customer action within a specific timeframe — like collecting a parcel from a pickup point.

If no action is taken, your package may be returned to us (often at a cost) or destroyed by the carrier, depending on their policy. Unfortunately, we cannot override these outcomes.

If your order is returned to us because an incorrect address was given or the package was not retrieved within the required timeframe, or any other reason that is under the customer’s control, we can arrange re-delivery at your expense — including any return shipping and reshipment fees.
