Tools: They have tools for you to use but its always best to bring your own. Hand sledge, a few chisels, and some small and medium prybars will serve you well here.
Vehicle: The road is a little rough getting in but a car should make it.

Additional comments: This is a great fee dig site and the thundereggs from this location are well worth the visit. I suggest camping in the area and showing up in the morning when they open up. Also its worth to try and go for bigger eggs it seems.
