Tools: The Stonerose Fossil site does have tools that you can rent if you don’t have any but you should really bring your own hammer, a small bucket, 1″ chisel, a butter or putty knife and gloves.

Our finds from the day!

We took home Metasequoia Occidentalis (Dawn Redwood), Plecia (March Fly), Ulmus (Elm fruit), Florissantia Quilchenensis, Prunus (Cherry leaf) and Mystery fish bones / Loon vomit.
