When using GPS coordinates to navigate to locations in the backcountry sites like Google will often make mistakes. Please watch this video before venturing out. https://youtu.be/hQr1l7dnCE4
Tools: You will want some hard rock tool for this location such as a hand sledge and chisels.
Vehicle: AWD / 4WD – The road was a little rough when we visited but my Subaru Outback made it just fine. The road is an overgrown single lane which means you will be dragging brush up the side of your vehicle.
Date Visited: August 2022
Additional comments: When we visited the mosquitoes were rather thick.
Any Location Updates Since Visit: It’s a little unclear when looking online if this location requires a Northwest Forest Pass or not so it’s something you might want to have just in case.
Please see the White River fire update that might effect this location at the bottom of this page.

White River Fire:
In October of 2022 the White River Fire burned this area and as of right now for the 2023 season I am unsure if this location is accessible or what it looks like.
